Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center’s annual golf tournament is Baton Rouge’s only professional golf tournament. What was begun 17 years ago as a Charity Golf Tournament has turned into Baton Rouge’s premier week-long golf event, featuring a four-day professional tournament, Pro-Am and junior clinic.
Proceeds from the week benefit Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center, which provides hundreds of free cancer screenings and programs to thousands in southeast Louisiana each year.
