GENERAL INFORMATION:
Raffle tickets will be sold for $100 (USD) each online until 11:59 p.m. Central Standard Time (US) on Sunday, April 22, 2006. At that time, tickets will only be available for purchase by contacting the Office of Development at Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center (225.215.1229). The drawing will take place the evening of Monday, April 23 at The Taste of Louisiana at Mary Bird Perkins. Odds of winning depend upon total number of tickets sold. You must be 18 years or older to participate.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNER:
The winner will be notified using the contact information submitted at time of purchase. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to notify Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center in the event that the contact information changes. Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center shall use all reasonable means of contacting the winning ticket holder. If no contact can be established within 30 days of the drawing, a redrawing will be conducted.

LEGAL ACTION:
Any legal action pursued against Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center in regard to this raffle is limited to the monetary value of the ticket.
